Yes, this the third year in a row I am making such a list. I am also surprise by the entries artist who made it to the list. Here's what I had been listening for the past one year.
Favourite Top 10 Album of 2008 (Chinese)

The list is ranked with no priority. Its hard to cut 10 out, not to mention to rank them. Some might find it confusing as there are some released back in 2007, but I pick that album up at January 08, so happens to be that it went on to my playlist for the next coming months.
